Its Spring! Time for a Body Tune up!
Spring is a wonderful time to take charge of your health. The rising energies are all around us and can be seen in trees and flowers coming alive with new leaves and flowers. Our bodies can harness some of that energy to cleanse, energize and set new patterns for health.

Move your body with regular exercise which is essential for spring Qi as it reaches up and outward like a tree strongly rooted and flexible like bamboo to bend with the winds of growth.
